All prices are subject to change. We do not have a refund policy and the amount once paid is not refundable. However, the paid value could be converted to any other service.
Do you provide gift cards?
Yes, we do provide gift cards of all values that you may like to purchase for spa and salon services. The validity for the gift cards is a maximum of 6 months. Should there be any requirement for a validity extension, please call us so that the extension may be made.

Are reservations necessary?
We highly recommend making reservations in advance. However, feel free to call on short notice as we may have an opening or a cancellation in which case we could accommodate you.
What is the operational timing of the medi spa ?
The Asian Roots center opens from 10 am to 8 pm, the first appointment is given at 10 am and the last appointment is given at 7 pm.
Would I have burns & Scar marks after a Laser treatment?
No, you will not have it because our treatments are performed by highly trained skilled staff and all machines are US FDA approved.
